Make no mistake about it - when we consider goal setting forms : understanding how to use the subsonscious mind is something that can really change your life. Most people intuitionally feel that they are not their bodies. When someone dies we say he has left, but the body is still there.
You could think that you are your mind; but you can observe your own mind. You notice what you are thinking about at the moment. Or maybe, while you are reading this article now, you are thinking about something else? Because you can observe how your mind works, you can’t be your mind.

But most of the times we are not still enough to observe it. Our minds constantly play different films in front of us, and it is not easy to stop them doing it.

Have you ever tried to control your mind? Try to visualize a yellow triangle. Just concentrate on the yellow triangle. Can you think about nothing else but the yellow triangle? It’s very difficult to control a mind. Usually our minds control us.
We usually think about things we worry about and we don’t want, and because of the Law of Attraction we attract more of what we don’t want.

Most people usually think about their past or their future. According to the Science of Manifestation it is not useful to do it. We should think about now.

Our past reminiscences can be happy or sad, but past is the gone, anyway. We can’t change it. Future is still unknown, but we are creating our future now. Whatever we are thinking about now will manifest in the future. This is called manifestation. So if we think about our problems, lack of money, difficult situations, our future will be like this. Try to really visualize your perfect life. Don’t think about future. If you visualize good things, you will feel happy and excited. Of course it requires some work. You need to do it every day.
