If you want to get past these barriers, you must break your habits. Instead of smoking while driving, listen to an inspirational CD. If you smoke while drinking coffee, try reading a book instead. These are some simple solutions to some very real barriers to personal growth and development. Solutions to your own barriers may not be quite as simple and it may take some trial and error before you find a successful solution.
